  • I hate the people who

    So 9 hours into my fast I come home to my husband, who knows I have ednos, and he innocently asks me what I ate for dinner. He always knows when I lie so I end up telling him I forgot to bring a lunch and he tells me I need to eat something. So one chicken breast and a cup of broccoli later I am sitting in the bathroom, wishing my husband didn’t love me so much, so I could destroy myself in peace. Also wish our bathroom was sound proof, because I really want to purge, but he will be listening for that.

    Sometimes being blessed with people In your life who really care about you and know you well enough to see through your bullshit can seem like a curse. I know I shouldn’t complain, but right now I feel like shit and that is something my husband can’t understand, to him, he made sure I ate something because he knew getting involved with me would require that of him, but he can’t comprehend the emotional side of it.

    Never should have thought I could get away with not eating for five days, he always notices, even one missed meal, or suspiciously small meals. I love him, but right now I hate myself.

  • 120 hour fast

    From noon today (1.18.12) until noon on Monday (1.23.12) I will be fasting. As clarification, I will not be completely starving myself. I plan on splitting up a single 8oz protein shake into four separate meals a day.  The protein shake is to keep my body form thinking it's starving and to help with energy levels so I don't feel sluggish. The protein I am drinking has 116c with 0g of fat, only 3g of carbs, and 26g of protein, I will be mixing it with 8oz of 1% milk (130c, 2.5g fat, 16g carbs, and 10g protein). Also I will be drinking iced coffee and unsweetened tea and of course water. 

    8oz Protein Shake = 246c

    32oz Iced Tea = 5c

    24oz Iced Coffee = 10c

    So really daily intakes will be 275c-300c.

    But that should be a loss of 1500c per day which will be 7500 by the end of my five days which translates to a little over 2 pounds of fat. It's not a huge loss, but I am hoping it will help to shrink my stomach a bit after all the binging I have been doing, I feel like I am never full, like there is always extra room in my stomach.

    Today's weight in was both good and disappointing. First off I started at 150 on December 15th, so I have lost 12.8 pounds so far, its just that I haven't weighed myself in two weeks and I was hoping for more of a loss. But that will be my starting point for this week.
    Planned Intake:
    B: Muesli + Orange + iced coffee = 190c
    S: Siggi's yogurt + strawberries = 148c
    L: Turkey Sandwich + apple = 267c
    S: carrot + celery + hot sauce = 42c
    D: 5 oz New York Steak + green beans = 220c

    Total Intake: 867 calories
